You will be seen in a safe, non judgemental environment
You will be encouraged to talk openly
You will be treated with respect by staff you can trust
You will receive good quality, confidential care

Our staff are well informed, welcoming and friendly and will give you the best advice & treatment possible.

If we don’t ask you about which pronoun you would like us to use (such as he/him, she/her or they), please tell us. If we make a mistake and use the wrong gender or pronoun, do tell us – we want to get it right. We also appreciate any feedback or suggestions about how we can make our service more inclusive for everyone.
